How long does it take for my mattress to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night in-home trial. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system.
What is included in the White Glove Delivery service?
Our White Glove Delivery includes premier in-home setup of your new mattress and the removal of your old mattress and box spring at no additional cost.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Beautyrest mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, ensuring your investment is protected.
Can I use my existing bed frame or base?
Our mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes platform beds, slatted frames with slats no more than 2 inches apart, or a traditional box spring in good condition.
Do you offer financing options?
We provide flexible financing through our partner, Affirm, allowing you to pay for your purchase over time with monthly installments starting at 0% APR for qualified buyers.
